PHOTO FORMATS
We accept boxes of photos and videos, with just a few guidelines. Keep individual box weight below 20 lbs please, and make sure the boxes are sturdy and sealed. Some folks bring in full shopping bags, which we’ll transfer to our own quality carriers.
For Memento Select Service, we accept CDs or DVDs of photos. Please be sure they are JPEG format. We will check for resolution when you send, but if you know how to do this, please do. Good guideline: files should be at least 500K in size. 1 MB is ideal.
SHIPPING
If you’re shipping your originals, please contact us for shipping guidelines, and to alert us. We can also give you an estimate of cost over the phone, based on your description of what you’re bringing us. If shipping, you also need to complete, sign and include our client order form.
If sending us digital, you can contact us for an estimate of cost before you send, or we can tell you once we get the disk. Pricing depends on total photos you give us, and total number you’d like to appear in your MementoBook. Please mail disks to our address. Be sure to print, fill out and sign our client order form. Upload available, contact us for details.
